Akiani gave us valuable help in clarifying our needs and in collaborating with the various stakeholders in the project to construct a product, which was both consistent with the users' expectations and also with those of the local authority. Very efficient work and excellent quality deliverables.

Akiani's presentation on procedure across the various projects managed allowed the participants to integrate in full the issues involved in taking into account the user journey for spectators at an event. There is no doubt that this new approach in the field of event management and event security constitutes a major change of paradigm in our activities, which will shape the future orientation of our jobs as organisers.

The Akiani project team quickly adapted to the world of tunnels and its specificities thanks to a significant initial research and ownership effort in collaboration with road tunnel operators. For the continuation of the study, their expertise in human factors allowed us to better understand the motorist's way of thinking in driving situations. The team, dynamic and responsive, was able to address our questions and requests throughout the study to provide us with quality deliverables. Our problem and our expectations regarding the study were well understood, and the objectives were achieved. The exploitation of the provided deliverables will ultimately allow us to advance safety in road tunnels.
